Shipping Policy

Your shopping cart reflects an estimated shipping cost, based on the shipping method you chose. This cost assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous United States. Some items may require special handling due to their size and/or weight, which will result in an additional charge. When we process your order we will make any necessary adjustments in shipping costs and notify you of changes via email. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Return Policy

Healthy Living at Home has handpicked items that historically have been well received by customers. Therefore, we offer a 30-day, 100% money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. If within 30 days of the product being shipped, you wish to return it, you must call our customer service line located at the top right hand side of this site, and we will issue a Returned Merchandise (RMA) number. Please return the product in its original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back unless it was our shipping error. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

  • Not in original package or used
  • Returned 30 days after delivery
  • Returned without an RMA #
